Returns conditions:
- Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
- Goods MUST BE in their original condition & packaging.
- Goods MUST BE received back at our office within 7 days from the day you placed your order.
- Lingerie is non refundable and non exchangeable.
- If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice.
- Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- Notice is given that our postage & carriage costs will be accounted for if goods are returned for a refund.
5. All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the postal or courier service will be subject to reshipping charges.
6. Your credit card is charged in the name of PM Pleasures Limited.
7. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to pmpleasures.com, pmpleasures.co.uk or pmpleasures.net within 3 days of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a 7 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refunds once outside of our 7 day satisfaction guarantee).

9. PM Pleasures Limited cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.
